While the gardener is away, the kids will play.
What they were SUPPOSED to be doing was creating a bed edge using some chalky limestone pieces and digging a hole.
Instead, what I came home to find was this:
And this chalk-covered creature:
And about — no lie — 80 other pictures of an action-sequence of Zombie Boy, or whatever they were calling this character. I’m just glad they couldn’t find the video camera.
And no, I still don’t have a garden bed edge or new hole dug.
TOO funny! Too bad you can’t work that snaggletoothed funny face into a permanent garden fixture of some sort. (P.S. my condolences about the hardscape delays.)
Oh man! Sort of hilarious to see what kids do with cameras. But your little guy is a cutie-patootie even for a ghost! Love the pose. Well, there’s always tomorrow and 80 more shots of film to go!

Bwah hah hah Zombie Boy and friends had quite a bit of fun if you ask me. When I was young we did the weirdest things and took pictures too. Unfortunately, that was before the digital age. I am surprised my parents didn’t kill us when I think of all the film we wasted LOL

I thought about it, Tatyana, but it’s not placed well for visibility. You pretty much have to stand over it to see it — otherwise it just looks like a mess from the side. I might try to figure out something for it somewhere else in the yard, but it might take some additional artistic work just to make it happen!
